The UN should withdraw recognition of Israel and withdraw the charter that created Israel in the first place, and recognize the full borders of Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon as what they were before. There's a small question of what to do about Israel's nuclear weapons but I'm sure Russia and the US could divide them out to be dismantled in their turn. The UN would have to bypass the Security Council and its guaranteed veto by the US and the UK, but there's a mechanism for doing so, Uniting for Peace. There will need to be peacekeepers for many years, assuming the Jews of American, European and Russian origin don't just run the hell out of there.
