I arrived home from a routine MD appt. yesterday to find an email from my insurer on my computer asking me to respond to it to "let them know when I was in the building". I don't do email on my phone and I'm not freaking glued to it, so I didn't get it -- in the building. They were so intensely focused on tracing my movements to my appt. and their effing copay, that they expected me to respond to their every track of my life. Of course their email was "no reply", else from home I'd have responded: "too late, go f*ck yourselves". Sheer unmitigated criminal greed.
