I have some friends, who I consider to be equally intelligent as yourself. In the last couple of years they have reversed their positions on the effects of man made climate change. They have scientific reasoning but a big part is propaganda.
Personally, I’m on the fence. However, given the heinous lies and blatant propaganda on all things Covid, which really was essentially a wealth, power and control grab, it seems likely that real or not, that’s what climate change will be used for.

In the sense that US bioweapons becoming endemic is a "wealth, power, and control grab", you would be right.
All social manipulations contain a grain of truth. That's what makes them palatable and effective.
