Survival is the only way out, because when you are dead nothing matters, unless of course we have mounted a white horse on the way to heaven… furthermore, if you are under a
Mushroom cloud, your survival time will be less than the time it takes for you to blink… so much for observing the event…
And what are you aware of that will prevent a nuclear war from happening? God for instance is Aware that His creations have badly faultered, and what good did that awareness bring to our table?
In the great outdoors, a butterfly is neither good or bad, just dead if eaten by another being. Awareness is not as much a choice as that of being alive to make that choice. I was told God was all loving … Mmmmm???
Awww! Now we have something to agree on… I.e., Awareness that we are bad is the same as thinking that. We are good… so why be aware if what we do is bad? Or good? Is there a difference…?
Awareness is no better than any other sense…. So why are you concentrating or glorifying one sense over another??? Yes, it’s a choice, but not nevesssrily the best choice, except that you want to be aware of the event that will end your life in the blink of an eye.. Go for it!

Even if the blink is all we get, it matters whether we blink awake or asleep.
Survival is a moment. Awareness is a choice.

Awareness isn't a guarantee. It’s a burden.
It won't stop the fire. It won't undo the damage.
It just refuses to lie about what the fire is.
Sometimes the only dignity left is seeing clearly — even when it changes nothing.

The butterfly lives by instincts. We live by instincts and by awareness — and that makes our suffering heavier, but also gives it meaning.
Maybe love isn't in saving the butterfly. Maybe it's in learning to see its death without turning away.

Awareness doesn’t label. It just sees.
Good, bad, holy, broken — they're all stories the mind tells itself after the fact.
Awareness sees the whole tide moving, not just the wave it likes or hates.
That’s why it matters.
