The Israelis (Zionists) quoted and remarked upon in this article and in many others are simply showing us the logical consequences of nationalism. The Nazi philosopher Carl Schmitt explicated this a long time ago: what matters is what group, tribe, set, family, nation you belong to. Humans are fighting animals; therefore, they must fight, and whatever set loses dies and does not propagate its kind. Given the historical experience of European Jews, many of them would have to answer Rodney King's famous question, "Can't we all just get along?" with "Apparently not." The logical consequence of this conclusion is what we observe in Gaza. Of course there are other philosophies, other ideologies, and the one described by Schmitt leads to such impracticalities as the war of all against all or its Hobbesian antidote, a monarchical or fascistic Sovereign. Most Americans theoretically prefer liberalism and would have a more positive answer to Rodney King's question. In short, they're liberals. So their abject submission to the proposed theory of the absolute Sovereign now being exercised in practice is most curious. That seems to shock people; but it's not all that shocking when you get down to brass tacks, as they say. When you put all your cards on the table.

The US is a fascist military state with a fake democracy draped over it, they use the pretext of concern for humanity in liberalism as excuses to commit war crimes. Many people see themselves as liberals and the foolish ones think their government agrees with them.
