I've been wondering about a couple of things. Maybe AIPAC should be compelled to register as a foreign agent, given that it is dedicated to furthering the foreign state of Israel?

And whether this blind support, given in the form of unconditional aid, to Isreal, might not just contravene the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. I found this commentary, "Virtually all jurists agree that it would violate the Establishment Clause for the government to compel attendance or financial support of a religious institution as such..." Couldn't the current situation be construed as compelling financial support of a religious institution (Israel)? I think we need more novel approaches to this issue.

Exactly my thought earlier this week. Why doesn’t AIPAC have to register as a foreign agent? And why are their campaign contributions allowed??

Seems like someone has to try and get this enforced. Who might that be? Can someone sue them? IDK. Same with getting 18 U.S. Code § 1091 enforced. I think a Writ of Mandamus could be applied for, but who can do that? I am not in the US. Are there people, or organizations there who could take this on? Just asking, and hope others will think about and ask these, and other questions, leading to actions on multiple fronts.

Was just thinking about same…Human Rights Watch and other respected orgs should sue…though doesn’t it speak VOLUMES that the American Medical Assn will not even call for the protection of health care workers, much less call for a ceasefire. It’s all unconscionable…but suing appears the only path. We won’t get Rs and Ds to reject all that money, those bloodthirsty selfish shitheads.

Can you imagine how much shit would be hittin’ the fan if Russia or China were buying the US Congress?

As to the first question, corruption and bribery.

As to the second, also corruption and bribery.
