Joy let’s use your link. Israel has per cap reserves of $11,375. THIS IS GREATER THAN THE COMBINED TOTAL OF CHINA ($2244), GERMANY ($2132), FRANCE ($2146), UK ($1990), US ($366), AND CANADA ($2285).❗️

It’s also greater than “Croesus- rich” Norway.❗️

Your ranking ( a much less direct measure) has been finagled imo. I say that because Israel seems to be tenth but those ten slots include Macau and HK as separate countries, which they clearly are not, and Taiwan too. As well as San Marino.

The point is about aid and why and how Israel continues to get it, while the US leads the West in poverty and inequality, has Third World longevity, and pollutes twice as much as China per cap. And where did Israel get that staggering amount of money? Would you care to explain how and why the US with 1/30th the per cap foreign reserves of Israel is giving Israel aid? Is this corruption? Congress? House? Senate? And while you’re at it, perhaps you could explain how these gobsmacking data have escaped the attention of the MSM. And the American taxpayer?

I have no ability to explain it. My guess is that it includes, among other things, the billions of US transfers, both government, and personal that are tax deductible. but please give us your interpretation. I was just checking your unsourced figures.

If you haven't read "The Tower of Basel," by Adam Lebor, about the role of the B.I.S. and financial machinations during the period between the two world wars, and subsequent. I wouldn't be surprised to find this rarely discussed institution somewhere in the background.

The link isn't the issue. You asked me to explain how this happened. I replied to that.
