A search on Google shows Israel at about number 10 based on per capita, and # 24 in total reserves in 2016. I see Israel at #19 in another source for 2023, so on the rise.

The point is about aid and why and how Israel continues to get it, while the US leads the West in poverty and inequality, has Third World longevity, and pollutes twice as much as China per cap.
