Yeah, just got back from a protest demo/walk terminating at the office of our local [tory] MP. He has demonstrated via a cease-fire vote (on our alleged behalf) that it was just fine and dandy for israel to continue slaughtering children. Our own highly vocal protest was cathartic, yes, but the trouble is going for a walk doesn't cut the mustard. The dogs bark but the caravan moves on...

Well done to all of you who went. I really do think it makes a difference.

You know the POWER really is with the people I sincerely believe this. IF enough would get out and away from their TeeVees we can ALL make a difference. Next time you go protesting bring more and more friends with you.

I live in France where we are always protesting. The last one on 'rasing the retirement age' didn't SEEM to work but politicians are noticing. This means that the next President to be will use it as a tool.

I see this happening all the time.

Jenny, Mick Jagger was impressed with French uprisings. He was in Paris during a riot when he wrote “Street Fighting Man”.
