"White" is simply not relevant as an indicator. What *is* relevant is your use of "entitled" and "establishment". What *is* relevant is, and has always been relevant, are sufficient combinations of things like wealth, high status, attractiveness, intelligence, social connections, access to technology, risk-proneness, and above all, psychopathy, to do evil things. That can concentrate in relatively *small* groups in various places at various times, in this case, it happened in Europe in for several most recent hundreds of years except the last.
That's what drove powerful people to do what you describe. Not whiteness -- whatever that is, beyond physical attributes of Caucasians. If it should clearly be placed geographically, then "European" is far more reasonable, and removes the irrelevant immutable identity marker.
"White Western Establishment" does not equal "white" any more than "Black" equals, say, Black Enterprise magazine's "Black Royalty".
