Look at the logic, the self-regulatory sophistication of the biosphere [barring humans] the absence of any single species dominating and over-consuming or over-producing: production, consumption, recycling continual and balanced [if decoupled from human interference] -- those are the qualities one would expect from a brilliant god-like mind. But a god with human qualities -- a narcissist, greedy, angry, anthropomorphic god?? Awww shit, GTFOH, with that crap. Sorry Michelangelo, but that old a-hole you painted on the Sistine chapel ought to be nuked.
It's so ironic. In the Abrahamic attempt towards Monotheism and to derail paganism.. they just did the same thing.. with their anthropomorphic rendition of God. Then they took the most vicious god and made him the "only" God. They couldn't even get rid of the rituals of animal sacrifice. It's so funny to me to watch monotheists claim they worship one God, but their rituals are so similar to what pagans do. You can take the ritual out of the pagan but you can't take the pagan out of the ritual. Not gonna happen.
At least pagans have a choice of gods. LOL. The quiet part that is never said out loud, is that pagans always knew there IS only "ONE" divine force, it just expresses itself through various entities. Makes sense since it is all-in-all, it would be in everything, everywhere.
The one in the bible, reminds me of Ogun in the tradition of the Orisha, of Nigeria, West Africa. Lord have mercy, you don't want to get him riled up. He has no mercy when angered... and needs tons of appeasement to calm him down. He's had to go into the forest to cool off and realize, you just don't go into a fit of anger and wipe out whole nations!
There are probably correlative "gods" in other traditions world wide.

Vin Darlin’, it’s good to be Pagan 😉
Can say that again, Darlin'.
