I’m taking care of a friend’s two dogs this week while they’re on vacation. They’re so happy and excited when I show up, knowing they’ll be fed and petted and they’re so grateful for these simple acts. No wonder dogs are popular — they’re everything good humans should be. Happy to be alive, simple in their needs and grateful to have someone to love and be loved in return.
I miss any or all my old dogs. Cats also - but not as much.
The dogs were handy, I could pet them and in nice loving tone and blame them for anything.
"Buddy, what a bad dog, it is raining outside, yes, bad doggy"
He had such a big heart he would roll on his back or side and I could blame his belly, all the blame in the world he would stand if seems.
May last cat liked my son's RC truck with beads dangling around the sides and a Cat-Nip mouse secured to roof and drive it around the living room with him stalking and attacking and falling over - then I would run-over his tail and bump his bottom. Someone had to do it.
When I moved here I could have had a cat, and thought about it for a while, but as I liked not having a woman or cat or dog to windup and worry about, I have not got one (6 years), but I could have - say 10% chance, and with the MultiWorlds I figure in 10% of those worlds and lives I have a cat.
So I have a 10% Quantum Cat, and the way some cats can travel between the worlds at will (have you ever closed a cat in room and found his later somewhere?) I considered I might need a cat-box because I do not want any 10% Quantum cat-poo on my floor fading in and out - stinking in-and-out.

For me it would be cats ! What can be better than food , warmth and lying around alternating with very vigorous exercise ?
