There is no non-psychopathic elite. Social orders cannot exist without "psychopaths" transcending right and wrong and creating one. History is rife with kings killing their retainers or slaves or chief executives/PMs/Presidents firing their department/agency heads to demonstrate their cosmic power and worthiness to wield justice. We could simply not have an elite and reduce the possibility of "psychopathy" to zero. It's a habit that people were trained into and can be trained out of. Other forms of human organization exist and have or could work.
