Great proposal, that would be a way to end wars, but sending congress people and elites to fight wars will happen when there is a serious working class organization where workers are actually in control.
I think all wars are for nothing. All those people that talk about God and think that God created us, well if that is so, she gave us brains so that we could use our brains to figure out problems. She didn't give us guns and bombs.
Once we understand that we belong to the land and not the other way around is when we start to realise that sharing things between us freely is the happiest way to go. Whether one believes in god or otherwise, it’s very clear that Homo sapiens is not one of nature’s finer species. No other kills just for the sake of killing.
All these wars are for nothing The people are just fodder for the war mongers and those getting something out of it.

I propose a new amendment to the constitution.
Any president or member of congress who votes to foment war goes to the front lines themselves; if too old, then their children and/or grandchildren.
