Yes that was their creation, under Johnson I think, but under Bush they became a training ground for the pentagon in narrative control.

Again. the people you hear on NPR are members of SAG/AFTRA that merely read the scripts they are given as convincingly as they can while they portray professional journalists they will never be. Their scripts are approved by America's 17 intelligence agencies, if not written by them.
