The declining empire does not want to lose its hegemony, its supremacy to another country, another race or to a multi-polar world. Israel hates Iran as much as the US does. US won't forget that the Iranian Revolution ( after toppling the US puppet) took the American Embassy staff hostage. Though the Iranians released all the hostages later US won't let go of revenge or strategic importance.
Israel is the guilty party after they attacked the Iranian Consulate without provocation in Syria killing Iranian and Syrian citizens.
But as is usual for the Jewish colonisers they scream victimhood even as they kill innocent LIVE on our News feeds.
And the way the US runs cover for Israel regardless of the level of atrocities it commits defies logic.
