This exact same WTF moment happened here in the States at the Occupy protests, when Andy Griffith turned into Darth Vader. Cops spraying the faces of peaceful protestors with chemicals. Armored vehicles and other military surplus equipment unleashed against the citizenry. The rogue state of Israel training our police -- and it shows.
The only way out of this mess I can see is a general strike. The only power we have is numbers. No one is going to give us freedom and justice; we need to demand it. That's the only way it's ever happened.
The real power will be in the food/water/fuel. The fly over States will fair much better, and some of the agricultural portions of the Blue States too. The large and sacrosanct Social Marxist blue cities will melt...and all the jargon will be over. Then it will go kinetic 'here in the States'. Only take 3 days. Just Call 911...
It happened here before the Occupy protests, at the turn of the last century when Bush/Cheney were elected and 911 either fell into their laps or was orchestrated. Law enforcement branches, mostly covert, sprang up like mushrooms, spying on a clueless population. Worries prior to "Y2K" of planes and computer systems crashing failed to envision the real way in which the New American Century would take hold and turn the USA into a new dark/sinister empire.
This is true, but happened mostly behind the scenes. My comment was directed to our local police forces, and the Occupy protests were my first introduction to them looking and acting as an occupying army.
