There are lots of words in the dictionary that have more than one meaning.

Here is the beginning of a list:

.

Arm – A limb of the human body, or a weapon or device used for a specific purpose.

Ball – A round object used in sports, or a formal social event.

Bank – A financial institution, or a raised area of land alongside a body of water.

Bark – The protective outer covering of a tree or the sound a dog makes.

Bat – A flying mammal or a piece of equipment used in sports such as baseball or cricket.

Bear – A large carnivorous mammal, or to carry or support something.

.

Antisemitism is no exception except that it is exceptional in the number of secondary meanings.

.

Here is meaning number 9 for Antisemitism:

Dictionary

.

Antisemitism 9. (Noun) a slur; used by supporters of Genocide to intimidate and silence people of conscience; example, "you are an anti-semite if you don't support Israel" - a nonsense phrase heard in the halls of the US Congress that is clear evidence that such is their subjugation by Zionists that they are made to crawl on their bellies and utter nonsense and, disgracefully, support Genocide.

They should list primary and secondary meanings by era. Clearly this should be the primary meaning in our current maniacal era.
