A sow has the same genetic make up as a woman, though in a slightly different arrangement yet we confine the former to birthing crates til she drops dead. A monkey has the same range of emotions as a human yet we confine the former to research labs and drill electrodes into their brains.
Regardless of the answer, we have to stop being monsters, and it needs to start with the most outrageous atrocities we are committing against our own species.
All I said was everyone is deserving of compassion. If you feel you can ‘tacticly’ control events and stop genocides and/or vivisection by focusing on them- why haven’t you done it yet?

Are we not 'monsters' too?

There's no hierarchy of atrocities nor separation between species. How we live and interact is all connected.
is there a need to tacticly prioritise or is the suggestion to first focus on liberating lab-animals?
