Whisky, Scottish (never, never, never 'Scotch') is always e-less.
There are bars where suggesting otherwise .. even your pitchfork won't keep you safe.

Oh dear! Must be because I’ve been to the Emerald Isle twice!
So if I enter a Scottish pub and inadvertently order “whiskey”, I’d better have my .38 in my purse 😉
