SRM is opposed by most climate scientists, is at the testing stage, is very limited, it would again cause cooling and cannot explain the observed faster warming in winters and nights like co2 emissions can. Weather modification such as cloud seeding is not being used as warfare and also doesn’t explain observed reality.
